Roanoke’s Bubba’s 33 eatery will open its doors on May 13
Roanoke, Virginia – On Monday, May 13, at 11:00 a.m., Bubba’s 33 will have its grand opening at Roanoke’s Valley View Mall.
The Fayetteville Observer named the first Bubba’s 33, which debuted in 2013 in Fayetteville, North Carolina, as both the Best New Restaurant and the Best Sports Restaurant.
The Roanoke restaurant is the third in Virginia and the 46th Bubba’s 33 location nationwide.
The 7,500-square-foot restaurant has an outside eating area under a covered patio as well as a garage bar with functional garage doors. There will be pop videos, lively music, and wall-to-wall TVs for guests.
“Hand-stretched stone-baked pizza, signature beef and bacon burgers, wings, lasagna, marinated ribeye, hand-crafted cocktails, and ice-cold beer” are among the dishes that are offered, per the menu.
Pizzas, hamburgers, wings, salads, and sandwiches will be given to Roanoke police officers and firefighters for free during the first week of operation.
“We’re so grateful for the brave women and men who protect and serve this community,” says Managing Partner Matt Walters. “We’re proud to celebrate our grand opening by supporting our first responders and look forward to partnering with organizations throughout the region.”
Lunch and dinner are provided from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday and from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
