Families in Lynchburg are happy about the winter months

Lynchburg, Virginia – The second round of winter is being welcomed by some Lynchburg families; one family is referring to it as a “extended holiday break.”
Taking advantage of the snowstorm, the Gorinson-Skeen family dressed in winter clothing and went to their front yard to make a snow-dog! The fact that there will be snow twice in a week excites them greatly.
“It’s really exciting because you get to spend a lot with your family,” the daughter, Betsy Gorinson, said.
“We lived in New York’s Hudson Valley before to relocating to Lynchburg. Therefore, we enjoy the snow and don’t mind doing a little shoveling,” the mother, Betty Skeen, stated.
In contrast to the ice from last weekend, the family said that this wave of snow has a pleasant, powdery quality that makes shoveling much simpler.
