Roanoke County gas station armed robbery suspect arrested
ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. – UPDATE – A Roanoke man is behind bars after police say he robbed a Roanoke County gas station Wednesday morning.
According to a news release Wednesday afternoon from Roanoke County, local citizens led officers to conduct a traffic stop and arrest 20-year-old Raphael Sierra.
He is charged with robbery and using a gun to commit a felony.

Police are searching for a man after an armed robbery Wednesday morning in Roanoke County.
According to the county, police were called to the Exxon gas station on Challenger Avenue Wednesday at around 9:45 a.m.
Police say the man pulled out a gun before he ran away with an unknown amount of money.
Police set up a perimeter in the area and are using K9s to track him.
Authorities warn everyone in the area to stay cautious.
