Multi-vehicle crash blocks traffic on I-581

Roanoke, Virginia – Traffic on I-581 north was blocked following a multi-vehicle crash.
The accident occurred near the exit of Valley View around 11 p.m. on Friday.
In order to reduce traffic congestion, vehicles were redirected to alternative routes by police.
According to the report, two people suffered minor injuries following the crash.
The scene was cleared on early Saturday morning, and traffic was back to normal.
