During the investigation being conducted by the authorities in the area, Roanoke County Schools are in a secure mode
Roanoke County, Virginia – During the early hours of Monday, September 22, several schools in Roanoke County are currently operating in a secure mode as the Roanoke County Police Department investigates a scenario that occurred in the region.
H.L. Elementary, Pleasant Elementary, WBMS, WBHS, and W.W. Cundiff Elementary School are some of the places of education that are included.
As a result of a police situation in the vicinity of Vinton and SE Roanoke County that does not include the schools, the schools were placed in a secure mode.
Precautions are taken to guarantee the safety of the pupils and to ensure that parents or legal guardians do not come to the school at this time because access is restricted.
Investigations are being conducted by the Roanoke County Police Department.
