A man is wanted in relation to the deadly restaurant shooting in Danville
Danville, Virginia – A suspect in the Saturday morning shooting at Ten 10 Restaurant and Lounge on Piney Forest Road is being sought by the Danville Police Department.
The 28-year-old Khaleel Latwain Rodgers, Jr. is wanted on suspicion of second-degree murder, negligent firearm handling, and using a handgun to commit a felony.
Rodgers is regarded as dangerous and armed.
When officers arrived to Ten Ten at 2:39 a.m., they discovered Damion Quayshaud Reed, 33, with what appeared to be an upper body gunshot wound. He was taken away from the site and declared dead.
A 50-year-old security guy who had been shot in the leg was also present.
There was a third man, 37, who had been shot in the arm. He took a private vehicle to the hospital.
