Moving mini golf course opened in Roanoke
Roanoke, Virginia – A new 9-hole moving mini-golf course opened in the heart of Roanoke’s downtown district. Downtown Putt Around will appear at different locations across the city.
Anyone interested will have the first opportunity to enjoy the fun on September 23 at Century Plaza.
Before moving to another location, the moving course will be open from Thursday to Saturday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays until October 14th.
“We are always looking for new and different ideas and ways to bring people Downtown. This is something we have seen other places. It is not super common but we have seen it pop up here and there. So, we thought it would be fun and now we own a 9 hole mini-golf course,” Jaime Clark said, vice president of marketing and communications for Downtown Roanoke.
Tickets and reservation can be made on Downtown’s Roanoke website. Children under the age of six can enter for free.
