Lynchburg Police investigating a shooting incident

Lynchburg, Virginia – A shooting that occurred on Monday afternoon is being investigated by the Lynchburg Police Department.
Officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 400-block of Florida Avenue at 2:17 p.m.
Officers arrived on the scene to discover that a vehicle with a woman inside had been shot at.
The woman sustained non-life threatening injuries from the shattered window.
