Man killed in Blue Ridge Parkway accident identified
Roanoke, Virginia – Authorities have identified the man killed in a Blue Ridge Parkway accident on Saturday.
The 58-year-old Craig Dickerson was ejected from the motorcycle after he went off the road while driving north on Blue Ridge Parkway near Milepost 171 on August 14.
National Park Service rangers, Floyd County Fire and Rescue and Patrick County EMS responded to the accident.
Dickerson succumbed to his injuries in Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
