Virginia organization who helps people with mental illnesses awarded $600,000
One Virginia organization with mission to help people has recently received a significant boost.
Over $600,000 has been awarded by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to Horizon Behavioral Health.
The money will be used to provide accommodation for people who are suffering from severe mental illnesses.
According to the organization officials, the money will also be used to expand their services.
