Roanoke Volleyball Falls To Bridgewater Rally in ODAC Tournament Quarterfinals
SALEM, Va. — The 2021 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Volleyball Tournament got under way on Wednesday. The fourth seeded Maroons hosted the #5 Bridgewater Eagles at the Cregger Center. These two teams met back on March 27th when Roanoke came away with the 3-1 victory. Roanoke took a pair of close sets on their way to 2-0 advantage. However, the Eagles would use 24 assisted and two solo blocks to mount a rally to force a fifth set. Bridgewater got off to a quick start and never looked back as the complete the comeback to advance with the 3-2 ODAC win.
