Motorcyclist who was last seen in Roanoke County found safe
Roanoke County, Virginia – Authorities sought public’s help in the search for a motorcyclist that was last seen in Roanoke County.
The motorcyclist, Gregory “Greg” Allen Leonard of Bristol, was driving in the 3700 block of West Main Street near the State Police Headquarters around 12 a.m. in Roanoke County the last time when he was seen.
Leonard at that time was with a friend on a separate motorcycle headed towards Christiansburg. The friend noticed that Leonard was not behind him when he approached the US-460/I-81 interchange in Christiansburg.
As he was unable to locate Leonard, he contacted the Roanoke County Police Department.
Roanoke County Police are now informing the public that Leonard has been found safe.
